We supply staff to hospitals, nursing homes, residential homes, mental health institutions, day centres, as well as individuals in their own homes. We are licensed by the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI). We are able to supply staff in the following categories:

Project workers
Support workers
Healthcare assistants
Homecare workers, domestic assistants

Our high calibre workforce offers services of the highest quality to our clients. These include:

All personal care (ensuring all activities of daily living are met)
Administration of medication
Assistance with meals, including shopping and meal preparation
Put to bed service
Overnight care and respite for carers
Cleaning and domestic duties

We provide care workers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our workers are from diverse ethnic origins with different cultural, spiritual and religious backgrounds. This enables us to respond to different client requirements.

Our carers are all duly qualified to NVQ level and CRB cleared for complete peace of mind. We comply with all legislation relevant to healthcare, including the Data Protection Act; Health & Safety at Work Act 1974; and the National Minimum Standards.

Are you looking for someone to care for your loved one at home? Contact Absolute Recruit Ltd. for a bespoke service at affordable rates. Our rates start from as little as £10 per hour.

A qualified person will visit you at your home to assess the level of care required. The cost of assessment is free.
